 Your physical training is top notch - now it is time to get your mental training on point. If you are an endurance athlete, musician, executive, or other high performer looking to level up, you have come to the right place. Welcome to your mental training lab where you can master the mental game.

Our focus is to help driven individuals and teams hone their grit, focus, and resilience to perform their best in their chosen arena. We will help you discover your inner strengths, master your mindset, break through barriers, and find satisfaction with your performance. I stay up to date on the latest research in sports and performance psychology so that you benefit from my 25+ years of experience in counseling and education. I have worked extensively with athletes at various levels on mindset, focus, motivation, and goal-setting. I've competed in running events from 5K to 50k, and am currently working toward cycling and swimming goals. Additionally, I am raising competitive athletes and have a unique understanding of the athletic path so that I can bring professional, academic, and lived experience to each coaching session. 

This is coaching - not therapy. We are laser-focused on your performance goals and outcomes in our 4 session protocol. 

Mindset Foundation
- 1 intake and goal setting session
- 3 strategy sessions personalized to your individual needs (for example, confidence, pregame routines, breathing exercises, focus strategies, positive self-talk)
- HeartMath breathing exercises at each session
- Emailed recap after each session plus your own mental game plan
- Homework after each session
$130/45-60 minute session

Tune-ups
- Individual session as needed to focus on continued support, pre-race preparation, return from setback, mental block, etc. These sessions are short-term, skills-based, and results-oriented. 
$140/45-60 minute session

​We can meet virtually, in my office, at the library, or in a park for our sessions.
