Aimee R. Bell, M.S., NCC, LPC-A
Supervised by Rachel Sloan, PhD, LPC-S
I support individuals facing grief and loss, domestic violence, PTSD, life transitions, parenting challenges, anxiety, and depression. I meet each client exactly where they are, creating a space of understanding, safety, and acceptance. I approach therapy through trauma-informed, multicultural, relational, and exploratory lenses, tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs.
Drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness, Somatic Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients heal and thrive. I believe our greatest setbacks can become openings for transformation. Even in the face of devastation, we can rise.
Over ten years ago, I found myself widowed and raising two young children. Loss became my most profound teacher. It propelled me on a journey of healing, growth, and purpose—ultimately leading to a career change dedicated to helping others. When we share our stories, we connect, heal, and realize—we are never alone on this journey.
I feel rejuvenated by nature, creative through cooking, adventurous in travel, and joyful with family and friends. My heart belongs to my husband and children and of course our cat and dog.
Location: In-person & Online
Clients: Individuals - Adults 18+
Accepts: Self-Pay
